About Jay

Your Eastern Shore Land Specialist

Jay grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Lower Delaware — summers in West Ocean City by the water, the rest of the year on the farm. His paternal family were established farmers owning much of the land east of Berlin, Maryland, and several farms in Sussex County, along with extensive tracts and lodges on Assateague Island where Jay spent many of his formative years.

From an early age, Jay learned land management from his grandfather — soil types, drainage, topography, optimal land use. His family's long history in hospitality (operating hotels like The Nassau Motel in Ocean City, now The Meridian) further enriched his understanding of real estate and property management.
